ACT’s Aviation Hypoxia Training Systems are modular and highly customizable. We can make systems any size for any capacity.
Enclosure There are two options.
Our complete free-standing enclosure with doors and anteroom. We offer three standard sizes, or we can build to your specifications to meet your needs. Or
We can partition an existing room. Our modular approach using aluminum-framed panels with tough vinyl or polycarbonate inserts makes for easy customization.
Ante-room Stabilizes the altitude and enables easy entry and exit with no delays. There is no heavy steel door. Our doors can always be opened, even by one person in a hurry.
Altitude Air Supply Multiple efficient air-separation units operate in various modes to optimize altitude gain, stabilization, and CO2 mitigation. These units use standard electrical power (110v or 220v) and can be located next to the enclosure or remotely in another room.
State-of-the-Art Control System Touchscreen user interface, multiple sensors, and operated on TRUE altitude (combined oxygen percentage AND barometric pressure). The controller logs data for record-keeping. You can control it from your smartphone from anywhere in the world. And it is serviced remotely by ACT.
Rapid Return-to-Sea-Level From inside or out, at the touch of a button, you can lower the altitude to a safe level in seconds. Power-failure? No problem, this has its own battery.
Touchscreen User Interface Clear display of settings, and easy to use intuitive control.
Ceramic-style Oxygen Sensors Unaffected by changes in humidity, temperature, pressure, airflow. Expected lifespan >10 years
Dual O2 Sensors and Internal Error or Out-of-Calibration Detection Without this, a faulty or expiring sensor will not be noticed.
