ACT’S CONTROLLER
The ACT controller handles everything automatically in your mountain home. It adjusts for entries and exit, the number of people in the room, their activity levels and their CO2 output. It corrects for changes in air flow, atmospheric pressure, and air quality. It even detects occupancy to maximize air quality and minimize energy consumption. And it is maintenance free over its entire life.
ACT’S INTERFACE
The interface features a full color touch screen monitor that is simple and easy to use. Simply select the desired altitude for your home. The controller does all the rest including displaying oxygen levels, and simulated altitude. It shows real time graphs and trends. Five screens are available to show as much or little information as you like. And you can control it from your smartphone from anywhere in the world.
ACT’S OXYGENATION
ACT’s oxygenation system is based on the most advanced molecular sieve technology. It extracts oxygen from ordinary air and delivers it to your bedroom. With only one moving part ACT’s air unit is the quietest most energy efficient air separation system available – Only 55 dB and 550 watts per hour.
OXYGEN SENSORS
ACT manufactures its own oxygen sensors specifically for altitude simulation. Unlike other sensors that last only a year and require monthly calibration, ACT’s sensors have a 10-year life, and calibrate themselves automatically in less than a minute.
BAROMETRIC PRESSURE SENSOR
ACT’s is the only oxygen control system that measures barometric pressure – a critical step in altitude simulation. In addition, this sensor is essential to calculating fire safe oxygen levels to meet NFPA’s standard in oxygenating applications.
CARBON DIOXIDE SENSOR
Carbon dioxide levels are the best indicator of indoor air quality. ACT’s controller adjusts ventilation and air separation functions to keep the air fresh. ACT’s controller can detect when a room is occupied and intelligently manage air-exchange for the most pleasant and freshest environment.
ACT’S ALGORITHMS
Based on the latest science ACT’s algorithms provide true altitude simulation in all atmospheric conditions. Safety algorithms include NFPA’s fire safety standards as well as OSHA’s air quality standard.
