“Many people don’t sleep well at altitude,” explains Larry Kutt, CEO of Altitude Control Technologies. “Insomnia, headaches, and fatigue can prevent homeowners from enjoying their home and the mountain lifestyle.” Simulating a lower altitude allows residents to disrupt the cycle of hypoxia, but it isn’t as simple as just pumping oxygen into a room. ACT uses computer modeling to predict the performance of their systems, and a precision controller that monitors multiple sensors. Every ACT system meets three important engineering and safety standards: CDC’s standard for safe oxygen levels, OSHA’s standard for air quality, and NFPA’s standard for fire safety. “We don’t just pump in oxygen, we engineer a whole system, and we guarantee its performance and safety” says Mr. Kutt.
